What is included in my registration fee?
Your fee provides you with full participation in all plenaries, workshops, and sessions; conference materials; a welcome reception on May 2, morning refreshment breaks on May 3, May 4, and May 5, afternoon refreshment breaks on May 3 and May 4, and a closing luncheon on May 5.
How is my registration fee calculated?
Your registration fee is based on the Gross Domestic Product per capita of your country of residence.
What is NOT included in my registration fee?
Your registration does not include your lodging accommodations or transportation. Click here to find more information about hotel accommodations. Be sure to make your room reservation early to get your first choice of accommodations.
How do I pay my registration fee?
A credit card is required to complete your registration. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. If you are not able to pay by credit card, please contact [email protected].
Can I register a group for this conference?

Will there be optional tours at the 2023 World Forum?

What language will be used at this conference?
All World Forum sessions are conducted in English.
What if I cannot afford the registration fee?
A limited amount of funding is available for individuals from communities with minimal financial resources. More details on the World Forum Fellowship Fund application coming soon.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Registrations canceled prior to January 31, 2023 will be refunded, less a US $100 service fee. Registrations canceled after January 31, 2023 will be refunded, less a US $100 service fee, ONLY if someone on the waiting list is able to take your place. Alternatively, you could receive a credit to be used at a future World Forum event. For example, should you no longer be able to attend in-person, your registration can be transferred to the 2024 World Forum on Early Care and Education taking place in Vancouver, Canada, April 16-19, 2024. Tour fees are non-refundable.
