Visa Support Policy for the 2026 World Forum on Early Care and Education
Please note that the World Forum Foundation is unable to provide assistance with individual visa applications for the 2026 World Forum on Early Care and Education. While we are happy to issue an official invitation letter to confirmed delegates for use in their visa application process, we are not able to contact embassies, provide additional documentation, or intervene in the visa decision process.
We encourage all delegates to begin their visa application process as early as possible and consult their local embassy or consulate for specific requirements. It is the responsibility of the individual participant to obtain any visa or transit papers needed to participate in the 2026 World Forum. All fees incurred in obtaining a visa are the responsibility of the participant.

Most visa applications require an invitation letter from the event organizer. If this applies to you, please send an email to [email protected] with ‘Invitation Letter Request’ in the subject line. Please also include the following information in the email in the following format:
