What is included in my registration fee?
Five (virtual) days of educational highlights, two live plenary sessions, WoFo Global Café opportunities for connection, and a look into the cultural underpinning of Early Childhood Education in four different countries across the globe.
Are there opportunities for fellowship funding for my registration fee?
YES! Please apply for fellowship funding HERE. Fellowships will not cover your entire registration fee, but will cover a significant amount. Your applications will be reviewed by the World Forum Leadership Team and, if accepted, you will be notified on September 30, 2022.
How is my registration fee calculated?
Your registration fee is based on the Gross Domestic Product per capita of your country of residence. Click the ‘Register’ button below and select your country of residence from the drop down menu to find your registration fee.
How do I pay for my registration fee?
A credit card is required to complete your registration. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. PayPal is also an available option. If you are not able to pay by credit card or PayPal, please contact [email protected].
Will there be a special rate for students?
To make it possible for many early childhood development students to participate in the highly impactful World Tour, we are offering a 60% discount for students. If you are a college ECD student, please reach out to [email protected] to take advantage of this discount when registering.
Is there a group registration rate for the World Tour?
Yes! The Basic Group Rate requires a minimum of 5 persons. On the registration form you will need to enter the specific details for each individual. If you do not know the names and information for all the registrants in your group yet, please complete the required fields by entering “To Be Determined” and enter your email address for each registrant. You will be able to edit/update this information at any time using the link received in your confirmation email.
For groups of 15 or more, we are offering the Super Group Rate. If your organization registers 15 or more people for the 2022 World Tour, each registrant is eligible for 50% off their registration. On the registration form you will need to enter the specific details for each individual. If you do not know the names and information for all the registrants in your group yet, please complete the required fields by entering “To Be Determined” and enter your email address for each registrant. You will be able to edit/update this information at any time using the link received in your confirmation email.
What language will be used at this conference?
The virtual conference will be conducted in English. However, if you feel you would be better able to participate in live discussion opportunities in a language other than English, you will be able to note this on your registration form.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Registrations cancelled prior to October 1, 2022, will be refunded, less a US $25 service fee.
Alternatively, you have three options:
1.You can receive a credit to a future World Forum event
2.You can transfer your registration another person
3.You can donate your registration to a World Forum delegate requesting fellowship funding to attend
