At the 2019 Nursery World  Awards in London, several members of the World Forum community received recognition. Kate Peach’s Each Peach Childcare (pictured) received the top honor in the Online and Social Media category for its highly effective website. David Wright, the World Forum National Representative for England, garnered a silver medal  for the book he co-authored with Simon Brownhill, “Men in Early Years Settings: Building a Mixed Gender Workforce.” Diane Koplewsky and Bronagh Creery’s Sleepy Hollow Group  from Northern Ireland was a finalist in the Nursery Group of the Year category, and Amy Alderson of Tops Day Nursery was a finalist in the Regional Manager of the Year category. In addition, World Forum Alliance leaders Purnima Tanuku from National Day Nurseries Association and Neil Leitch from Early Years Alliance, were judges for the annual Nursery World Awards.
