Registration Fee:

  • Early Bird Rate (deadline October 1, 2016): $845 USD
  • Regular Rate (deadline extended!! May 5, 2017): $935 USD

Your fee provides you with full participation in all plenaries, workshops, and sessions; conference materials; a welcome reception on May 9, morning refreshment breaks on May 10, May 11, and May 12, afternoon refreshment breaks on May 10 and May 11, and a closing luncheon on May 12.

Payment Options for Online Registration

  • Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted
  • Checks: Payments by check must be payable in USD to ensure full payment, and received within 30 days of registration, or your registration(s) will be cancelled. Send check and a copy of your registration acknowledgement email (and Purchase Order if applicable) to:

  • Wire Transfers: Wire transfer information will be provided upon completion of your registration if you choose that option. A $12 USD processing fee will be added to all incoming wire transfers. Wire transfer payments must be received within 14 days of registration or your registration(s) will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Registrations cancelled prior to March 1, 2017 will be refunded, less a US $100 service fee. Registrations cancelled after March 1, 2017 will be refunded, less a US $150 service fee, ONLY if someone on the waiting list is able to take your place.  Tours are non-refundable.
