Completing this form will register you to attend the 2022 World Forum in-person in Orlando, Florida.

Family members of World Forum delegates may purchase a WoFo Family Passport that gives them access to the World Forum plenaries and special age-specific activities during the event.

Note: The delegate must be registered prior to registering family members for the WoFo Family Passport. Register as a delegate here.

To Register:

1. Select your country.
2. Select the number of family members you are registering.  Every family member, regardless of age, must be registered.
3. Click on each registration to enter the specific details for that family member.  If you do not know the names and information for all the family members in your group, please complete the required fields by entering “To Be Determined” and enter your email address for each family member.  You will be able to edit/update this information at any time using the links sent in your confirmation email.
