Large Ocean Suite When you have successfully registered for the 2011 World Forum, you will be provided with a link so that you can reserve a room at the Sheraton online. Delegates are advised to arrive no later than Monday, May 2, since activities commence on Tuesday, May 3, at 7:30 am. All guest room rates are exclusive of state and local taxes (currently 4.712%) plus 8.25% transient accommodation tax. Children ages 17 and younger stay free in parent's room with existing bedding. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving prior to check-in shall be accommodated as rooms become available. Guests arriving on early morning flights may wish to book the night prior to arrival to avoid waiting for 3:00 pm check-in. The hotel will accommodate late check-outs subject to space availability only.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a guest room reservation. This deposit will serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated and, upon check-in, will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours of arrival, a one night deposit will be retained by the hotel as a cancellation fee. In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of 50% of the room rate will be charged to the guest's account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel before or at check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Reservations will be accepted at these rates until 5:00 pm local time on March 31, 2011. Reservation requests thereafter will be subject to space and rate availability. Rates are available three days prior and three days following the main conference dates, subject to availability.
